Module Aim: The aim of this module is to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills required to understand, configure, manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components, including computer hardware, operating systems, storage systems, computer networks, TCP/IP, virtualization and data centers. The module also develops students’ ability to apply basic infrastructure configuration, security and troubleshooting techniques to support reliable, secure and efficient information systems in organizational environments.
