This module will offer to the students with opportunity to understand the theories of project finance, procurement and contract management and gain an enhanced understanding of assessing the role of project finance, procurement and contract management in the performance of a project. The study area would include project finance techniques, processes and practices; objectives of procurement and contract management, total cost of ownership, supplier evaluations, vendor rating, contract management and the public procurement procedures with its major principles, best practices and the national procedures.
The course aims at equipping students with knowledge and skills relative to Project Risk Management. It covers the different aspects of Risk Management such as Risk Planning, Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Monitoring and Evaluation. As part of the course proceeding, students are requested to prepare a Risk Plan with the aim of reinforcing their skills in Risk Management.
The aim of this module is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, emphasizing the structural organization of the human body and the relationships between tissues, organs, and systems, and their relevance to health, disease, and clinical practice.
This module aims to provide a foundation in the knowledge, skills, and attitudes in general and specific areas of Palliative Care. It will address the basics of palliative care, a holistic approach to the management of common medical conditions in palliative care, including but not limited to Pain and symptom management, Spiritual, Psychosocial, Ethical, and legal issues in Palliative Care (SPEL).

This is a postgraduate level module in which the linkages between governance, democracy and development are critically examined. The role of government institutions and international bodies in achieving sustainable development is also explored.

It emphasis therapeutic relationship amongst nurses, parents, care givers, and children during illness and recovery, and the creation of child-friendly clinics and hospitals. Emphasis is placed on common health problems occurring in Rwanda and in Sub Saharan Africa Countries.
Welcome to the fundamental of midwifery
This module is designed to help students develop knowledge and skills in the midwifery code of professional conduct and theories, professional virtues, rights and responsibilities of client, ethical dilemmas, application of nursing/Midwifery process and documentation to enable him/her to provide safe, comprehensive, quality of client centered care.
The Module of Normal Midwifery is essential to student to understand normal midwifery, deals with a woman in Child bearing age. It will help student Nurses to be with a mother from confinement, birth and post partum in normal conditions. It is structured in eight units with time slots of 50 hours to be covered.
This module will integrate year two students in clinical placement and allow them to be able to perform learned procedures,communicate effectively to clients/patients and assess their health needs.The students will gain knowledge and skills to deal with environment and psycho social factors with can influence the state of health and illness;and integrate the relationship between clients and caregivers as key principles in responding to patient care needs.The students will contribute to the health promotion,diseases prevention,diseases treatment and client rehabilitation.

The aims of this clinical placement VI is to equip learner with the knowledge and skills in maternal physiology in order to manage the complexities and abnomalities of pregnancy,labor and post-partum in reproductive processes and pathological conditions of women and risk neonate with nursing care ,prevent risk and manage special neonatal problems and complementary therapy in neonate.
