At the end of this session, students will be able to:
- Explain what is purchasing of health services: “Who are the purchasers?”, “What do we purchase?”, “From whom do we purchase?” and “How do we purchase?”.
- Understand the rationale for purchasing more strategically
- Describe purchasing or payment methods, their advantages and disadvantages.
