Aim of the unit
The purpose of this course unit is to provide you tools that will enable you to strengthen the capacity of health care providers under your responsibility in order to improve the "Quality Health services delivery".

- Training programme development
- Course description of the training programme
- Training programme management (M/E of the training programme).

- Explain how to build a work team.
- Develop the training programme.
- Develop the key components of M/E of the training programme.

Group Work:
Based on your working Institution (MOH + Hospitals – RBC + Pharmacy – Health Programmes (CRS - UNFPA …)) or other Health Units (CMHS …), develop a training programme for health care providers under your responsibility in order to improve the “Quality Health services delivery”.
Locations:
Group I: MOH + Hospitals: A – B - C -D.
Group II: RBC + Pharmacy: A.
Group III: Health Programmes (CRS – UNFPA….): A -B -C.
Group IV: Other Health Units (CMHS ………): A.
