PROC 12300: E-Procurement Management

The module intends to expose to the students on how information and communication technology can help to improve effective and efficiency in public procurement management. Procurement management is a living and dynamic discipline that will always need the use of ICT when procuring goods, works and services by all public procuring entities. This module explores and equips the students with the application of ICT in public procurement processes and then ensures the achievement of value for money. Currently, the module deals with new technologies (Electronic procurement and dynamic purchase systems). The module will practically show the advantages of applying Information Communication technologies in procurement management
