In this course, you will learn how to use the Matrix of Functions method to understand the functional structure of the territory of a country.  Categories of functions are education, healthcare, industry, finance, professionals as architects, telecommunication, security, justice, etc.  


The reason we want to understand this structure is to make strategic plans for the territory on the one hand based on the functional strengths of the territory, on the other hand recognizing the functional weaknesses/gaps of the territory.
