BT80441: Biology Teaching Methods

This module is about specific teaching methods for Biology.  It will expose you to the history and nature of Science (Biology), philosophical foundations of Science education, Approaches and Methods as well as concepts and aspects considered and used to teach and learn biology, resources used to teach and learn Biology. Further, the curriculum to be implemented in schools will be explored and be implemented in micro-teaching or by analysing the video-recorded lessons.
