COE 101:Communication skills
DTP Modules (before 2019)
Communication is a very important element in the lives of all living things. It has been proved that all living things communicate to enable them live together and carry out their day to day activities. In the lives of human beings, communication is categorized in four main sections: speaking, listening, reading and writing. There are numerous debates that have shown that listening and speaking are the first communication skills acquired by human beings. Between listening and speaking it is not clear which is the first skill developed by human beings. Again, between reading and writing, it is not clear which communication activity comes first. Details of how we speak, listen, read and write have been presented in this module. The exercises within the module will help to make the content clearer.
