OTH4152: Community Based Rehabilitation

Aim of the module:

The aim of this module is to provide an understanding of the influence of the community in meaningful occupation.  The module reviews Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR), access to rehabilitation services and access to appliances using available resources.  This module also provides the knowledge and skills OT's need to plan and carry out assessment and treatment in the community.  Learners will execute a practical project in conjunction with the community, in their local context.
