EN80441: Morphology and Syntax of English (ODEL)

The overall aim of this module is to help you master the English language and its morphological and syntactic structures. You will learn to determine how prefixes and suffixes modify or change the meanings of words and hence acquire meaning of derived and inflected words as well as improve your reading comprehension and become aware of semantic connections between words and their morphology. You will learn the structure of English phrases and sentences and how sentence structure interacts with other dimensions of linguistic information.
